This rock was originally from Pete's Dam in New Liskeard, Ontario. A piece of slate taken out of the river there. It has been sold at auction to benefit the Shepherdson Family Reunion in 2016. Happy to see it return to its hometown in New Liskeard.
Monika Shepherdson is located in Ontario, Canada, and is a self-taught, Canadian visual fine artist who captures the vitality and energy that surrounds us each day in both real and abstract concepts.
